Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
  • Request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the order
  • Product remains unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and invoice are intact

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product has been used, washed, or altered
  • Request submitted after the allowed time period
  • Minor color variation due to lighting/screens
  • Customer changes mind after confirmation

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp
  • Share your order number and issue details
  • Provide clear images/videos if required
  • Wait for approval and return instructions

Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refund will be issued within 3–5 working days
  • Amount will be transferred via Bank / JazzCash / EasyPaisa
  • You will be notified once refund is processed

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in case of:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size issue (if applicable)

Exchange depends on stock availability.

Shipping & Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping may be paid by customer
  • Free replacement in case of our mistake
